Terms of Service
These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using GDocs and its connected services.
Effective English
01Your agreement with us
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Trivex Pulse LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of GDocs, its companion Safari extension, and this legal website (together, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Agreeing to these Terms does not replace any separate consent required by privacy law.
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required in your location or for your Google account. If you are not legally able to enter this agreement on your own, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
02About GDocs
GDocs is an independent macOS client for accessing Google Drive and supported Google Workspace functions. Depending on the version, it includes file browsing and management, document windows, uploads and downloads, storage cleanup, Quick Share, AI Create, and a Safari save extension.
GDocs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other product names belong to their respective owners.
Features require a compatible Mac and may require internet access, a Google account, suitable Google permissions, third-party service availability, and sufficient account storage. Organization policies, quotas, and provider changes may restrict functionality.
03License and ownership
Subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Service on devices you own or control for your own lawful purposes. We and our licensors retain all rights in the app, its design, and its software, except for your content and third-party materials.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, or modify the Service without permission, or reverse engineer it except to the extent applicable law or an applicable open-source license expressly permits. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
If you obtain GDocs through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s applicable usage rules and standard licensed application agreement apply to the app license unless a valid custom license is provided. These Terms govern our related services to the extent consistent with that license and mandatory law. Apple is not responsible for providing our support services.
04Your account and authorization
You are responsible for your Google account, device security, account permissions, and activities you authorize through GDocs. Provide accurate information when needed and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized use affecting the Service.
Connecting Google authorizes GDocs to perform supported actions within the permissions you grant. Some actions change cloud files or access permissions and may be difficult or impossible to reverse. Review the selected account, files, destinations, and actions before confirming them.
You can stop using the Service, sign out, or revoke Google access at any time. Signing out or uninstalling GDocs does not delete your Google account, cancel third-party services, remove all local files, or automatically revoke every public sharing link.
05Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in files, prompts, references, and other material you provide (“Your Content”). You give us only the permissions necessary to process, transmit, display, and store Your Content to carry out the features you request and to meet applicable legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not give us permission to sell Your Content or use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload, access, edit, share, or submit content to AI services. Respect copyright, privacy, confidentiality, workplace rules, and other people’s rights. Maintain appropriate backups and review your files after transfers or edits.
You must not use the Service for unlawful activity, malware, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, infringing content, or interference with networks or third-party services. You must not bypass access controls, abuse provider quotas, or attempt to obtain another person’s credentials.
07AI-generated content
AI Create is optional and uses OpenRouter and an external model provider. Submitting a request sends the inputs and selected reference content described in our Privacy Policy to those providers. Do not submit material that you are not permitted to disclose to them.
AI results may contain errors, fabricated statements, unsafe formulas, or material similar to other users’ results. Review and verify all results, formulas, citations, and permissions before publishing, distributing, or relying on them. AI output is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, unique, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright protection. As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of your generated results; any rights remain subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and provider terms.
Providers may apply usage limits or reject requests. Availability, supported models, generation quality, and processing times can change. Publishing a result to Google Workspace may succeed partially, so check the resulting file before retrying.
08Third-party services
Your use of Google, OpenRouter, model providers, Apple, and other third-party services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with those terms. We do not control their services, content, account decisions, availability, quotas, or data-handling practices.
Safari save actions may include private information visible on a page or protected content from a website. Review what you capture and obtain permission when necessary. Browser permissions do not grant you rights to copy or redistribute third-party content.
09Fees and purchases, if offered
If a version of the Service offers a paid feature or subscription, the price, billing period, renewal conditions, and applicable trial terms will be disclosed before purchase. No subscription is created merely by accepting these Terms. Any subscription renews only as disclosed at checkout and as permitted by law.
Purchases processed by Apple or another platform are subject to that platform’s payment, cancellation, and refund rules, together with your mandatory consumer rights. Manage or cancel a platform subscription through that platform. Uninstalling the app does not itself cancel a subscription. Charges for your own third-party accounts, storage, or connectivity remain your responsibility.
10Changes, availability, and termination
We may update features, fix problems, or change support for third-party integrations. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or indefinite support for a particular feature or operating-system version. Where required by law or a paid commitment, we will provide notice and the remedies that apply.
We may restrict or end access to services we control for a material breach of these Terms, security threats, unlawful use, or a legal requirement. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to address it. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Termination ends your right to use the affected Service but does not remove your independently stored Google files or relieve obligations already incurred. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, limitations permitted by law, and dispute provisions, survive termination.
11Warranties and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or loss-free operation or that every transfer, sync, generation, or deletion will complete as expected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, statutory guarantees, remedies, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any required warranty or guarantee applies for the period and on the terms required by law.
12Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from your use of the Service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims arising from the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit. They do not reduce any mandatory consumer remedy.
13Disputes and general terms
Please contact support@trivexp.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from exercising a legal right or seeking urgent relief. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive your right to participate in a class action where available.
Applicable law determines the governing law and courts with jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections under the laws of your habitual residence or your right to bring a claim in a court available to you under those laws.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with applicable license and purchase terms, form the agreement for the Service without replacing separate third-party agreements.
14Updates and contact
We may revise these Terms. The effective date appears above. For material changes, we will provide appropriate advance notice where required by law, explain when they take effect, and obtain agreement when required. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the affected Service before they take effect; any mandatory rights and applicable refund remedies remain available.
